SP 50123: Administrative shares are missing

Symptom: When you use the “net share” command or MPSReports, you will notice that the output shows that administrative shares are missing (IPC$, ADMIN$, or C$). If you re-create a missing share, it may be missing again after the next startup or logon.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore administrative shares.
