SP 50135: The “Start menu” option is missing in the “Taskbar and Start Menu Properties” dialog

Symptom: When you right click on the Taskbar and select the “Properties” item in the context menu, you will notice that he “Start menu” option is missing under the “Start Menu” tab in the “Taskbar and Start Menu Properties” dialog.
Resolution: Modify the Group policy setting in the system registry to restore the “Start menu” option in the “Taskbar and Start Menu Properties” dialog.
