SP 50362: The Clock is not displayed in the System Notification area

Symptom: When you start your computer, the clock in System Notification area at the lower right corner of the Desktop is not displayed.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the Clock in the System Notification area.
