SP 50363: The “Log Off” button is missing from the Start Menu

Symptom: When you click on “Start”, The “Log Off” button at the bottom of the “Start Menu” is missing.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the “Log Off” button in the “Start Menu”.
