SP 50364: The “Shutdown” button is missing from the Start Menu

Symptom: When you click on “Start”, The “Shutdown” button at the bottom of the “Start Menu” is missing.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the “Shutdown” button in the “Start Menu”.
