SP 50392: Context Menus for the “Start” button or the “Taskbar” are not displayed

Symptom: When you right click on either the “Start” button or the “Taskbar”, the context menu is not displayed.
Resolution: Modify the Group Policy settings in the system registry to restore the Context menus when right clicking on “Start” or the “Taskbar”.
