SP 50393: Common Program groups are missing from the Start Menu

Symptom: When you select “Start => All Programs”, the Common Program groups are not displayed. Programs cannot be selected or started from the Start menu.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry settings and modify the settings to restore the Common groups in “Start => All Programs”.
