SP 50400: The “Help and Support” item is missing from the Start menu

Symptom: When you click on the “Start” menu, you will notice that the “Help and Support” item is missing from the “Start” menu. The “Help and Support” feature is normally shown by default, however, a group policy setting may have been used to control access to the Help and Support feature.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the “Help and Support” item in the “Start” menu.
