SP 50423: Hidden files cannot be viewed in Windows Explorer

Symptom: When you start Windows Explorer, you are unable to view hidden files. A virus or misconfiguration can cause hidden files not to be shown even when you explicitly ask them to be shown. Note that this change does not necessarily show hidden files—it may still be necessary for you to change the configuration of Windows Explorer to show hidden files.
Resolution: This change modifies the system settings to allow you to choose whether or not you want Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders.
