SP 50438: Cannot apply “Sharing and Security” changes to a local drive or folder

Symptom: When you open “My Computer” and right-click on any local drive or folder, you will notice that the “Sharing and Security” menu item is missing from the context menu. This condition will prevent you from making any “Sharing and Security” changes on your computer.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the “Sharing and Security” menu item in the context menu.
