SP 50468: Restore the “Click here for support information” link

Symptom: When you start the “Control Panel => Add or Remove Programs” applet and select the “Change or Remove Programs” icon, you will notice that when you click on an installed program, the “Click here for support information” link will be missing.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the “Click here for support information” link in the “Change or Remove Programs” section of the “Add or Remove Programs” applet.
