SP 50525: The “Help and Support” link does not work

Symptom: When you select “Start => Help and Support”, the Help and Support center window does not open and an error message is displayed. The Help and Support center requires that the Help and Support service is running.
Error Message: Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running. To fix this problem, start the service named “Help and Support”.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable automatic startup of the Help and Support service.
Additional Information: You will need to either manually start the service or simply restart you computer for this change to take effect.

4. Disable the “NT LM Security Support Provider Service” to improve system performance
