SP 50533: Context Menus are not displayed for Desktop items or Windows Explorer items

Symptom: When you right-click on the Desktop, items on the Desktop, or items in Windows Explorer, you will notice that the context menu is not displayed. Context menus are shown by default and users rarely change system settings to disable the context menus.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable the display of Context menus in Windows.
