SP 50581: The “Windows” key does not work as a shortcut to the Start menu

Symptom: When you press the “Windows” key (the key with the Windows logo) on your keyboard, the Start menu is not displayed. This key is normally mapped as a shortcut to the Start menu.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable the “Windows” key on your keyboard.
