SP 50627: A new window is opened when a local drive is selected in “My Computer”

Symptom: When you select a local disk drive by double-clicking on it in “Start => My Computer”, a new window is opened to display the content of the selected drive. Normally, the existing window in which the local drive was selected would be used to display the content of the selected local drive.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable the same window to be used for displaying the content of the selected drive.
