SP 50628: Restore the “Open” action when you double-click on a drive

Details: This change modifies the system registry to restore the default behavior of opening a drive’s folder when you double-click on the drive in Windows Explorer. In some cases, the registry can have incorrect values that cause a Search Companion to start when you double-click on a drive.
