SP 50629: Restore the “Help and Support” Center in Windows

Symptom: When you select the “Help and Support” item in the “Start” menu, an error message is displayed.
Error Message: “Windows cannot find ‘helpctr.exe’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.”
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the “Help and Support” Center.
