SP 50663: The Properties item is missing from the “My Documents” context menu

Symptom: When you right click on “My Documents”, the “Properties” item will be missing in the context menu.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the “Properties” item in the “My Documents” context menu.
