SP 50723: The “My Documents” folder is missing in the Windows “Start Menu”

Symptom: When you click Start, you will notice that the “My Documents” folder is missing in the “Start Menu”.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the “My Documents” folder in the “Start Menu”.
