SP 50724: “My Recent Documents” is not displayed in the Start Menu

Symptom: When you click “Start”, you will notice that the “My Recent Documents” shortcut is not displayed in the Start menu.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the “My Recent Documents” shortcut in the Start menu.
