SP 50761: Menu options are missing in the “Start => Settings” submenu

Symptom: When you click “Start => Settings”, the only task choice available will be the “Taskbar and Start Menu” option. There are normally four options to choose from: “Control Panel”, “Network Connections”, “Printers and Faxes”, and “Taskbar and Start Menu”.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the “Control Panel”, “Network Connections”, and “Printers and Faxes” options in the “Settings” submenu.
