SP 50806: Enable Event Viewer

Details: This change modifies the system registry to enable the service that supports the Event Viewer component of the Computer Management console. This service is normally enabled, but might have been disabled by accident or a malicious program. You will see an error popup with the message “Unable to complete the operation” if you attempt to open the Event Viewer for an event log.

The screenshot below shows an example of an error popup that is shown when Event Viewer is disabled.
