SP 50912: Restore common icons to the Desktop

Details: This change modifies your Windows XP system settings to restore five commonly used icons to the Windows Desktop. The five common icons are “My Documents”, “My Computer”, “My Network Places”, “Recycle Bin”, and “Internet Explorer”.
