SP 51085: Restore the correct parameters for Automatic Updates

Details: This change modifies the system registry to restore the normal parameters for the Automatic Updates service. If the parameters are incorrect on your system, you might see the error “The system cannot find the file specified” when you attempt to start the Automatic Updates service.

The snapshot below shows an example of the error popup on a system with an incorrect parameter setting.
