SP 51127: Restore the DCOM Server Process Launcher service

Symptom: When you attempt to start the DCOM Server Process Launcher service in “Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services”, an error message is displayed.
Error Message: “Could not start the DCOM Server Process Launcher service on Local Computer. Error 3: The specified module could not find the path specified.”
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the “ImagePath” registry value for the DCOM Server Process Launcher service.
