SP 51307: The Screen Saver tab is grayed out in the Display Properties dialog

Symptom: When you run “Start => Control Panel => Display”, you will find that the “Screen Saver” tab is grayed out in the Display Properties dialog. This condition indicates that a group policy setting may have been set to disable changes to the screen saver.
