SP 51309: Screen Savers cannot be password protected

Symptom: When you configure your computer to use a screen saver when it is inactive, you will find that the “On resume, password protect” option has been grayed out under the “Screen Saver” tab in the Display Properties dialog. Access to your computer will be open to anyone that moves the mouse or presses any key on the keyboard.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the group policy settings to enable Screen Saver password protection.
