SP 51787: Restore the “Edit” action for a VBScript file

Details: This change modifies the system registry to restore the default “Edit” action for a Visual Basic Script (.vbs) file. If no “Edit” action is present then a right-click on the script will bring up a context menu that is missing an “Edit” menu item.
