SP 51789: Restore the “Print” action for a VBScript file

Details: This change modifies the system registry to restore the default “Print” action for a Visual Basic Script (.vbs) file. If no “Print” action is present then a right-click on the script will bring up a context menu that is missing a Print menu item.
