SP 51812: Restore the “Edit” action for a Windows Script File

Details: This change modifies the system registry to restore the default “Edit” action for a Windows Script File (WSF file type). If no “Edit” action is present then a right-click on the script will bring up a context menu that is missing the Edit menu item.
