SP 51930: Enable Remote Assistance

Details: This change will turn on the Remote Desktop Help Session Manager service and modify system settings to enable a user to start a Remote Assistance session. If the service is not running then you might receive the error message: “A program has not started. Please try again” when you try to start a Remote Assistance session.

2. Disable the “Distributed Link Tracking Client” service to improve system boot
3. Disable the “Distributed Transaction Coordinator Service” for performance and security
4. Disable the “HID Input Service” to improve system performance
5. Disable the “NT LM Security Support Provider Service” to improve system performance
