SP 52231: Enable configuration of Automatic Updates

Details: This change modifies the system registry to enable the Control Panel tool that configures Windows Automatic Updates.

The screenshot below shows the Control Panel tool that manages automatic updates (you can bring up this tool using Start–> Control Panel–> Security Center–> Automatic Updates). If your window is disabled as below, this change will enable you to configure automatic updates with this tool.
