SP 52286: The Menu bar is not displayed in Windows Explorer

Symptom: When you start Windows Explorer, you will notice that the “Menu” bar is not displayed at the top of the window.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the “Menu” bar in Window Explorer.
