SP 52510: Restore the Task Scheduler service

Symptom: When you attempt to start the Task Scheduler service in “Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services”, an error message is displayed.
Error Message: “Could not start the Task Scheduler service on Local Computer. Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.”
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the “ServiceDll” registry value for the Task Scheduler service.
