SP 52640: My Network Places opens into Windows Explorer

Symptom: When you select “Start => My Network Places”, Windows Explorer is opened instead of My Network Places. Also, when you access a computer by typing the IP address in “Start=> Run”, it opens into Windows Explorer instead of the IP address.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore My Network Places.
