SP 52742: Restore "Files Stored on This Computer" in “My Computer”

Symptom: When you open “My Computer”, the “Files Stored on This Computer” category is missing.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the "Files Stored on This Computer" category in “My Computer”.
