SP 52800: Program choices are missing from the “All Programs” menu

Symptom: When you select “Start => All Programs”, you will notice that there are no programs listed in the “All Programs” menu. You may also find that the “All Programs” item has duplicated in the Start menu.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to restore the program choices in the “Start => All Programs” menu.
