SP 52855: The Fast User Switching feature is currently disabled

Symptom: When the Fast User Switching feature is disabled and you try to logoff of your computer, the Log Off dialog does not display the options to “Switch User” or “Log Off”. Instead, the Log Off dialog only allows you to “Log Off” or “Cancel”.
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable the Fast User Switching feature.
