SP 52976: Enable selected folders to expand in Windows Explorer

Symptom: When you double-click a folder in the left column of Windows Explorer, the folder does not expand to a cascade view of subfolders.
Resolution: Modify the system registry to enable expansion of selected folders in Windows Explorer.
