SP 53088: Restore Menu Link Icons in the User Accounts applet

Symptom: When you start the User Accounts applet in “Start -> Control Panel”, you will notice that menu link icons have been replaced with a red “X”.
Resolution: Modify the system registry setting to restore the menu link icons in the User Accounts applet.
