SP 53138: Restore destination listings for the “Copy Items” or “Move Items” dialogs in Windows Explorer

Symptom: When you choose either the “Copy to Folder” or “Move to Folder” item from the “Edit” menu in Windows Explorer, the Copy Items/Move Items dialog appears, but the list box of destinations choices is empty. As a result, drives, folders, and other namespace objects are not visible to the user.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the destination entries in the list box.
