SP 53233: Restore “Customize” tab in the folder “Properties” dialog

Symptom: When you right click on a folder and select the “Properties” item in the context menu, you will notice that the “Customize” tab is missing in the folder “Properties” dialog.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the “Customize” tab in the folder “Properties” dialog.
