SP 53264: Restore “Show updates” in the “Add or Remove Programs” dialog

Symptom: When you access the “Add or Remove Programs” applet in “Start -> Control Panel”, you notice that the “Show updates” option located at the upper right corner of the dialog is missing.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the “Show updates” option in the “Add or Remove Programs” dialog.
