SP 53382: The Most Frequently Used (MFU) program list is empty

Symptom: When you click on “Start”, the Most Frequently Used (MFU) programs list on the left side of the “Start” menu appears empty.
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to restore the Most Frequently Used (MFU) program list in the “Start” menu.
Additional Information: The MFU list keeps track of how often programs are used and displays them in order of most used (top) to least used (bottom).
