SP 54737: Programs cannot be installed in Windows

Symptom: When you attempt to install an application program on your computer, you may receive an error message that resembles the following.
Error Message: “The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again. Enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package ‘Isscript.msi’ in the box below.”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings to enable program installations on your computer.
