SP 52670: Enable the “Rich Text Format” file type when saving files in Word

Symptom: When you try to save a document with Rich Text Formatting (.rtf), the file does not get saved and an error message is displayed.
Error Message: “You are attempting to save a file type that is blocked by your registry policy settings.”
Resolution: Modify the system registry settings to enable the Rich Text Format (.rtf) file type when saving files in Word.
