SP 52532: iTunes cannot refresh and restore your iPod

Symptom: When you want to refresh and restore your iPod, the process is able to start, but an error message is later displayed and the process fails to complete. Your iPod may now have vital folders that are missing.
Error Message: “unknown error (-1418)”
Resolution: This change will examine the system registry and modify the settings by re-registering the iTunes program libraries. This fix should then allow you to refresh and restore your iPod.
